Rancho Panoramic Views of Temecula

I almost didn't post this Temecula home but then I looked at the Million Dollar views and just couldn't help myself. I'll start with the negatives - the house is in a state of incompletion. There are missing mirrors and no appliances and the landscaping hasn't even begun. It's a mass expanse of weeds and dead things. Getting past that is a beautiful custom estate built in 2007. It's got the bones of a gourmet kitchen with the great cabinets and granite (which runs through out the home). I do love the private courtyard in the master suite and crown molding. The home is part of the Ridgeline Ranchos that looks out onto our little town so the real value in this estate is the panoramic view of Temecula. It's a great Bank Owned estate ready to be finished.

Avocado Estate with Basement

The bonus of owning many of the Temecula Estates in DeLuz is the income producing avocados that much of the land includes. This one has 8 acres of avocados ready to start paying for themselves. This home was built in the 1990s and has that white 90s feel to parts of it except where there is dark green carpet. Don't ask. That aside, the home is super clean and the bonus is a completed basement game room - not something that is very common here in California. I think this is one of those homes that doesn't come across on paper quite as well as in person if only because of how tranquil the land is and how peaceful the view. The pool feels as if you've slipped away to the Mediterranean somehow. It could use a little updating but is still worth making note of as an estate worth looking at.
